I know everyone out there has stopped physical sports or doing physical activities in general. That means your stuck at home during this tough crisis the world is going through right now. But does that mean you can’t physically stay in shape or do things to continue to craft your skills and become better than the players who aren’t continuing to practice. I want you to post self evaluation videos of staying in shape because if you stop doing something you will slowly lose the skill or become less athletic than when you were playing everyday. Alot of gyms on social media have been posting great content about working out from home. This is a great practice to stay in shape. Do your part and join the club!

Take injuries serious
Alot of athletes don’t take being injured serious and say they will play with them not being 100%. It’s the nature of being a competitor and wanting to be out there with the team to win. We get it. Your team would rather have you longterm than to play that next game and possibly injure yourself to the point where you have to take alot of time off because of surgery. People should pay attention to this rule that was published by Sportsmd.com called “Price Rule”.

Even what you may think is not a way to get hurt really is one of the most dangerous. Trampolines are a leading cause of injuries. Jumping off of springs up into the air causes many possibilities for injuries.
